Our experience as lead counsel in the case of Carrier Lumber Ltd. vs. The Queen, demonstrates our ability to manage a complex case involving, not only issues surrounding the Crown=s trust or fiduciary obligations with respect to Forestry contracts, but Aboriginal rights, management of First Nations lands and natural resources, fishing and hunting.
