We have been involved in many Forest Practice Code and Forest Act issues. We have been involved in Stumpage Appeals, and Appeals to the Forest Practices Commission.

We also have experience in complex forestry litigation, and were lead counsel in cases such as Carrier Lumber v. The Queen, Brink Forest Products v. COFI, and Omineca Enterprises v. The Queen.

We also represent numerous clients in day-to-day commercial matters, such as logging contracts, Forest Practices Code liability, and Timber Harvesting Contract mediations and arbitrations. We can deliver these services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
