If "legal wrangling" means to attempt to obtain settlements or judgments for our clients that are consistent with the law of this province, as opposed to the much lower ICBC internal guidelines, then, at Dick Byl Law Corporation, we confess that we do this a lot.

There is a simple exercise that you can follow to get a better understanding as to how ICBC deals with personal injury victims. Ask your adjuster what he or she thinks the value of your claim is. Then come and ask us. We do not charge for such a consultation. If you wish to have us handle your claim, we will do so in a friendly, courteous manner. We do not require any funds from you, and we only charge a percentage of what we collect. We will send you one bill and one bill only, at the conclusion of your case. If there is no judgment or settlement, there is no bill.
